Dr. Caraveo is the first Latina and first physician elected to Congress in Colorado
Washington, D.C. — Latino Victory Fund congratulated Dr. Yadira Caraveo for winning the historic race for Colorado’s 8th Congressional District. Caraveo is the first Latina and the first physician elected to Congress in Colorado. In addition, Caraveo is the second physician in Congress’ Hispanic delegation.
