If elected, Leger Fernandez would be the first Hispanic woman to represent New Mexico’s 3rd Congressional District.
Washington, D.C.– Today, Latino Victory Fund announced the endorsement of Teresa Leger Fernandez for New Mexico’s 3rd Congressional District. If Leger Fernandez is elected, New Mexico will be the first state to have an all-woman of color delegation in the House of Representatives.
