Silvina Alarcón

Campaigns Director

Silvina Alarcón is the Director of Campaigns at Latino Victory, where she spearheads and drives strategic plans to support Latino candidates running for office. Silvina joins the team after developing and executing winning field strategies in the 2012 and 2016 presidential elections before taking back the House in 2018 as part of the DCCC’s National Field Team. 

Silvina began her career organizing for immigration reform during the DREAM Act of 2010. She has created and executed mobilization strategies for congressional, state, regional, and national electoral and advocacy efforts, most recently serving as the Campaigns and Advocacy Director at Guns Down America. A product of community college at Montgomery College, Silvina then attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
