Washington, D.C.—Latino Victory Fund announced a five-figure Spanish-language radio ad campaign supporting Adrian Fontes for Arizona secretary of state.
The radio ad is called “Sabemos” and targets Spanish-speaking Latino voters statewide. “Sabemos” addresses Republicans’ efforts to weaken our democracy so they can decide who wins elections and reinforces that Adrian Fontes will defend our democracy and our right to vote. The ads will run up until Election Day.
“Arizona is ground zero in the fight to protect democracy. The race for secretary of state is high stakes because it’s between a GOP extremist election denier and Adrian Fontes, who has a proven record of protecting election integrity and voting rights,” said Yvonne Gutierrez, Latino Victory Fund managing director. “Arizona’s Latino voters have the power to protect our democracy, and we want them to know what’s at stake in the secretary of state race. While the GOP is on the ballot to attack our democracy, Democrats like Adrian Fontes are running for office to save it. These radio ads are reaching Latino voters who will determine races up and down the ballot in Arizona, and we want to ensure they turn out to vote for Adrian.”
