Washington, D.C.—Latino Victory Fund congratulates Congresswoman Andrea Salinas for winning in Oregon’s primary election for Oregon’s 6th Congressional District.
Salinas is part of Latino Victory’s “Our Champions” program, which aims to protect the gains in Latino representation in Congress.
