Washington, D.C.–Latino Victory Fund congratulates Pennsylvania State House candidates Danilo Burgos, House District 197 and Manny Guzman, House District 127, for advancing and winning in Tuesday’s primary election.
Guzman is one step closer to becoming the first Latino elected in HD-127 if he wins in the November election. Burgos is advancing to the general in November and already made history by becoming the first Dominican-American elected to the Pennsylvania State House in 2018.
