Washington, D.C.–Today, Latino Victory Fund announced the endorsement of Commissioner Angelo Castillo for mayor of Pembroke Pines, FL. In 2014, Castillo became the first Hispanic elected to the Pembroke Pines City Commission in 30 years. If elected mayor, Castillo will be the first Hispanic elected to the position in the city’s history.
