WASHINGTON – Today, Latino Victory Fund is proud to endorse Council Member Jennifer Gutiérrez for New York City Council District 34. Council Member Gutiérrez is seeking re-election for District 34 representing the neighborhood of Williamsburg, Bushwick in Brooklyn and Ridgewood in Queens.
