WASHINGTON – Today, Latino Victory Fund endorsed Marucci Guzmán for Florida House of Representatives, District 35.
Latino Victory Fund Executive Director Sindy Benavides released the following statement:
“Marucci Guzmán is a devoted community advocate we need in the Florida state legislature to fight for central Florida families. Marucci brings an accomplished resume of public service that exemplifies her ability to deliver results, especially on priorities for the Latino community. She helped establish the first bilingual nonprofit autism center and created a Puerto Rico Family Response Center in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
“Marucci’s campaign platform is centered on reproductive rights, common-sense gun laws, and ensuring every child – no matter their zip code – receives a quality education. This race is a critically important opportunity to flip a swing district blue. Central Floridians deserve a representative who will show up for them—in their communities and the halls of their legislature.
