WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Latino Victory Fund endorsed nine Democratic down-ballot candidates in Arizona, Philadelphia, Texas and Virginia, making this the largest, most diverse slate of candidates Latino Victory Fund has ever endorsed during the off-year. These Latina/o candidates have demonstrated that they are the most qualified candidates and have a strong chance of winning their elections.
“Our community builds long term political power nationwide when Latinas and Latinos step-up and run for office at every level of government,” said Latino Victory Board Chair Luis A. Miranda, Jr. “We are endorsing these outstanding Latino Democratic candidates because they are the best. These candidates are in the strongest position to win their elections, with several poised to make history if elected. The Latino community needs strong leaders who will put our issues at the forefront, and that’s why we’re proud to endorse these candidates.”
