Washington, DC – Today, Vice President Joe Biden announced the Biden-Harris Plan for Recovery, Renewal, and Respect for Puerto Rico, a comprehensive plan to address the needs of Puerto Rico. Latino Victory Fund president and CEO Nathalie Rayes issued the following statement:
