Washington, D.C. – Today, the U.S. House passed the Inflation Reduction Act, a transformative legislation that will address inflation, climate change, and health care, which are top issues affecting Americans and the Latino community.

The bill will provide relief for millions of Americans by helping reduce inflation, lowering prescription and health care costs, and taking action on climate change. It will benefit millions of Latinos who need access to affordable health care and are disproportionately impacted by the effects of climate change. Democrats in Congress are once again showing up and delivering for the American people—and we’re optimistic that voters will show up to vote for Democrats in November.”
