Diana Bula Pulecio

Senior Campaigns Coordinator

Diana Bula Pulecio is the Senior Campaigns Coordinator at Latino Victory. Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Diana moved to the U.S. at the age of nine, living in Denver, Colorado, before settling in Houston, Texas, where she has resided for over a decade. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston in 2022, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Public Relations.

Diana joined Latino Victory in 2022 as an intern in the Political Department, where she played a key role in supporting the Campaigns Director through the candidate endorsement process. Her exceptional performance earned her a full-time position as Political Coordinator in 2023, and in 2024, she was promoted to Senior Campaigns Coordinator. In this role, Diana has been instrumental in endorsing over 100 candidates and leading the Path to Victory training series, a program launched in 2023 that has successfully trained over 100 candidates nationwide. Her dedication to advancing diversity and representation has made her an indispensable member of the team.

Prior to joining Latino Victory, Diana interned with the Sylvester Turner for Mayor campaign, where she assisted the campaign manager and trained incoming volunteers in canvassing efforts. She also worked as a Study Coordinator at West Houston Clinical Research Service, where she managed the pre-screening and enrollment of over 200 pediatric patients.

Outside of her professional work, Diana is passionate about Pilates, enjoys discovering new coffee shops, and cherishes time with her beloved 7-year-old dog, Dallas.
