Mitzi Ramírez is the Director of Special Projects. In her role, Mitzi plans and executes projects from initiation to completion by working cross-departmentally and coordinating to ensure they are being completed on time and within budget. Prior to that, she served as Special Assistant to the President from 2020 to 2023.
Before joining Latino Victory, she was a coordinator of Public Relations for the United States at Grupo Salinas, a Mexican conglomerate, where she oversaw international cultural exchange to improve civil society partnerships between the United States and Mexico. Mitzi is a member of the Binational Advisory Group for Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) an executive leadership program for outstanding Latina professionals in the US and Mexico. Mitzi holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
