Mitzi Ramírez is the Special Assistant to the President. In her role, Mitzi oversees the daily operations of the Office of the President and works cross-departmentally to coordinate efforts and prioritize what needs the President’s attention.

Prior to joining Latino Victory, she was a coordinator of Public Relations for the United States at Grupo Salinas, a Mexican conglomerate, where she oversaw international cultural exchange to improve civil society partnerships between the United States and Mexico. Mitzi is a member of the Binational Advisory Group for Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) an executive leadership program for outstanding Latina professionals in the US and Mexico.  Mitzi holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
