Yrthya A. Dinzey-Flores is the Culture and Operations Chief, Open Society Foundation’s US Program. Dinzey-Flores served on former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s cabinet as the first Chief Diversity Officer for New York State. She kicked off her career at the Robin Hood Foundation and went on to hold leadership positions at Toyota Motor North America, NY State Government, Thomson Reuters, Time Warner Inc./Warner Media LLC, and Open Society Foundation. Dinzey-Flores’ contributions, professionally and civically, have earned her recognition, including Citi & State Responsible 100: N.Y. Business Journal Women of Influence, Fortune Most Powerful Woman List, and The Capitol Rising Stars in Politics 40 under 40. She serves on the boards of The NY Public Theater, The Hispanic Federation, and Latino Victory Project.
