Latino Victory is proud to support National Gun Violence Awareness Day and Wear Orange Weekend, taking place from June 6–8, 2025. As part of our continued commitment to end gun violence and build safer communities, we’re excited to share the official Social Media Toolkit to help amplify this important movement.

Why We Wear Orange
Gun violence continues to disproportionately impact Latino communities and communities of color across the country. At Latino Victory, we believe that lasting change starts with collective action—step by step, voice by voice.
This year, communities nationwide will recommit to building a culture of responsibility, safety, and power. We invite our partners, allies, and supporters to join the movement and explore meaningful ways to participate:
- Partner with local groups such as Moms Demand Action and Students Demand Action to co-host events, rallies, or community gatherings.
- Host internal conversations, including lunch-and-learns, roundtables, or panels featuring survivors or policy experts on gun violence.
- Amplify your digital presence by turning your logo, profile photos, or website orange and posting about why your organization supports Wear Orange.
- Spread the message through your newsletters, email signatures, and community channels.
