Salinas is the first Latina elected to represent Oregon in Congress
Washington, D.C. – Latino Victory Fund congratulated State Representative Andrea Salinas for winning the historic race for Oregon’s 6th Congressional District. Salinas is the first Latina elected to represent Oregon in Congress.
