“Latino Victory applauds President Biden’s bold action to forgive student debt for millions of borrowers. This measure represents significant debt relief that will unleash the economic potential of individuals and families held back by crippling debt and interest payments that often surpass the amount originally borrowed. When combined with other actions the Biden Administration has taken on this front, 30 million Americans will benefit. President Biden’s leadership on student loan forgiveness is the latest example of an Administration that has given Latino communities – and all Americans – a good shot at a better future in this country.”
